His leadership and commitment to "being better" next game will spill over to the team. As we saw, under his leadership Buffalo was consistently working and competing at practice in an effort to be better. Teams under his tutelage never quit and do the little things right.

I love the optimizum but..... three of these players have not played double digit games in the nhl and you already think they are all stars. I will give you Dahlin but mitts has some work to do and Ullmark isn’t even a lock to be nhl starter quality. Slow your roll a little here
