Clearly Draisaitl will be an Islander. We have locked up 3 of the 6 German NHL players in Kuhnhackl, Greiss, and Seidenberg. We somehow let Grubauer get away, but I am sure they will trade for Draisaitl and then for the sake of my sanity move the team to Germany.

The Jets have a glut of d-men. Kulikov, Morrow, Chiaroit Poolman, Niku, Stanley and Nogier all battling for 2 spots. I can't see the Jets trading Poolman, Niku and Stanley but they will have to decide what to do with some of the others. I'm sure 2 or 3 could be traded by the start of the season.

I really don't see the sharks trading Vlasic with the state of the current D corps... that would make Braun/Dillon their only defensive defensemen, which in comparison to 44 doesnt strike fear into many.
