soooo sorry for the spam. fantasy hockey league for hockeybuzzers that I've been running since 2010. Looking for some new managers to replace those that were inactive last year.

Seriously though, hasn't Matthews earnt a letter. I would think that the young majority of players in the group do support Matthews 100% & would want him with a letter on his guernsey. It's also a motivation factor, give the 'kid' the responsibility & let him carry the weight of that responsibility.

Wrong move in my opinion. I'm still unconvinced Babcock is the right coach to develop talent. He's great with high end already developed talent, but time will tell with the Leafs young guns.

I do agree that there's a mutiny within the camp but I'm not sure it's letter related.

What other good options did Edmonton have? Chiapet already traded away all the other good players except German Gretzky. What solid vet were they gonna give the responsibility to? Milan Lucic?
