He's the GM of an expansion team that massively overachieved last year due to a number of factors. He basically turned a first, 2 seconds, a third, and Nick Suzuki into Max Pacioretty.

He then gave Pacioretty an extension for way too much money after he said he didn't want to give extensions to 30-year-old wingers when he let Neal and Perron walk.

He's also done nothing to address the major holes in the team's defence. Good luck with Engelland in your top four again this season.

I mean it's awesome for the Flames. The team is going to very average for a long time now, and Vegas will stop caring about the team when they realize their team isn't going to be in the finals every year.

I dont know about that....they got a butter tart and an old dirt bike in exchange for a former Habitant.

Vegas will be a playoff team, but the trade is 'meh' to me.
