I'm sorry you feel so strongly but at the same time no one is making these people self medicate, or do drugs. It's their own choice. At no time any of those family members going to suffer if you seek other forms of help. That person chose to hurt all those individuals in a selfish act.

As a medic I know people who have taken a single MDMA pill only to od because it was loaded in fentanyl, same with single lines of coke. These are not necessarily drug addicts, almost everybody has done drugs and it's not their fault that the poop is laced these days.
