There's no "winning" unless it's on the ice and Canucks are doing it.

I want Dahlen to make the team and beat out someone with a contract. It's a business and unless he destroys the competition, him playing 20 minutes a night in the AHL in all situations is better then what Goldy and Jake got 10-12 minutes a night in the NHL. IMO.

If he shines in the AHL you can bring him up and waive someone else if they can't be traded. I'd rather gain an asset if possible then lose one for not trying.

If he is playing on Pettersson's line he won't be playing 8 minutes a night. Jake was brought in as a bottom 6 forward.

Sometimes you got to use your head and read between the lines. Of course they are not going to give him a spot if he is mediocre or bad. I did't think I need to say if he continues to have a very good camp.

when someone says drug use is often about mental health issues, and you consistently say that "it's a choice" sure sounds like that's what you're saying.
