I don't think anyone is trading for Gagner or Granlund . Waivers is not a four letter word. Guys even like Eriksson better pick it up or get ran over.

Only watched the 1st and 2nd, but...

- Dahlen, EP, Gaudette obviously great.
- Gadj and Palmu legit. Gadj's skating was pretty good!
- Lind was pretty quiet but made some nice plays. Looks like he could play with anyone.
- Mac and Jasek could play NHL games but not sure if they'll be impact players.
- OJ was a cut above on the backend. Not flashy but held it down big time.
- Brisebois was also in that mould.
- I thought Chatfield was terrible.
- Dieps did what he had to do.


No structure to be found anywhere however

Would rather have Goldy up and Dahlen down, just as not to lose Goldy for nothing. Give him some regular ice time, see how he does, and make a better informed decision from there. Not like it would hurt Dahlen’s development to spend some time in the AHL.

Goldobin is nothing more than a goal-suck with a terrible nickname.

I personally think there is room for all of them . I thought the Granlund signing was more of an assurance signing if all else fails.

It doesn't hurt to send Dahlen down but if they look like they did last night it is stupid to send Dahlen down in fear that we might lose a fringe player.

Just watching the highlights now, I said Dahlen will push for a spot, kids good. Also impressed with Gadjovich, another kid I'm excited about, his skating and fitness looked to have really improved.

No senior moment. The boys had a good game and three top forwards combined for 7 points but some clown has to over analyze things and try to take away that moment of happiness from you.

Yup...should have a great year in the AHL and hopefully push for a spot next year.

Last night was good the wife went out for the night. The kids went to bed without a fight. I sat on the couch ate a bunch of sushi had a beer and watched hockey. Peace and quiet. Adult goals achieved.
