Welcome to Calgary! I didnt mind Shinkaruk but he was getting leap frogged on the depth chart. Not sure whether Rychel will fair much better. Klimchuk is the next one on the bubble as well who needs to have a solid year to crack the lineup. Personally, Klimchuk is better, more solid than Shinkaruk & would be totally worth throwing a 2nd round pick as he's really hasnt had much of a shot either with the big club, much to the chagrin of several Flames fans. Klimchuk has a more cerebral 200' game but another late 1st round pick in 2013. Fck we have a lot of 2013 1st rounders floating around. Lol

Seems to be happening every year in August. Drove down to Salmon Arm last September & yikes it was bad in BC & I see guys working in this on the highways. This last week has been the worst Ive seen the smoke here in Calgary (the volcano eruption in Iceland may have been worse mind you). But these volcanos & wild fires are going trigger climate change well before the oil industry. Maybe all these carbon taxes theyre taking from us should go to technology to fight all these wild fires that are happening year after year & getting worse.

You Blackcrotches are going to get smoked this year!

Seems to be happening every year in August. Drove down to Salmon Arm last September & yikes it was bad in BC & I see guys working in this on the highways. I thought the fires were essential though for regrowth? admittedly, still learning about this side of the country. I did move in on the hottest day in the history of the city though and was sick for 2 days with what I think was heat stroke haha.

I think those carbon taxes are gone next year though, along with the current gov't. Who knows what the future holds here, exciting times to move in haha

I think if we really looked objectively at what he's done with players and coaches, he's had a really good off season response to last years nightmare. They aren't going to finish top 3 in the Atlantic, but if Price is Price the Habs are a dif team. We will see though...
