Hopefully "Not De La Rose"

Seriously, I don't really know...long term project I think. Looks like he could be better offensively than De La Rose (not a big feat, I know), but so far, his numbers in the SHL are not really convincing.

Montreal really wanted him to come over from Europe this year, they must have their reasons. At least, they will have a few of their own prospects playing in Laval this season, which is a welcome change from the last few years where they had to fill the roster with ECHLers and guys on professional try-out contracts

Who is "graduating" to Laval?

Evans, Vlejdemo and who else?

The difference is the way in which people or things are not the same.

That's a lot of questions but I'll answer as best as I can. First of all, Kudos to you for even knowing that there IS a difference!!

Miss USA is mostly about looks. There are three phases of competition all weighted equally - evening gown, swimsuit and interview.

Miss America is more about the total package. There are five phases of competition - Talent at 35%, Interview at 25%, Evening Gown at 20%, Swimsuit at 15% and On Stage Question at 5%.

There are three things that really make the Miss America system different...there is a talent portion, the interview is much more intense and, most importantly, it provides millions of dollars in scholarships not only to the winners, but runner ups, preliminary winners, etc. every year.

Neither system is necessarily "better" than the other. They are just different. There are girls that are successful only in one system, but there are many that crossover and are successful in both.

Hope this explains it

Evans, Vejdemo, Pezzetta, Bitten, Verbeek, Fleury (maybe), Alain,

I also count Addison in there since he missed almost the whole season last year.
