For those of you born during the Anthropocene, 16 speed (which I hadn't seen before this turntable) was used for spoken word records, like an antique audio book. The platter spun so slowly that you could fit more on the record. Downside is the sound quality was terrible for music.
The part when Ozzy says,"Oooooooooooohhhhhhhh nnnnnooooooooooo pppppplllllllleeeeeaaaasssssseeeeee gggggoooooooddddddd hhhhheeeeeeelllllllllppppp mmmmeeeeeeeeeee" sounded awesome. Kind of a flanged out demon.
