I think what Habs and Arizona did this year was a huge mistake . Passing up on Zadina or Hughes for Kotkaniemi and Hayton is stupid

I think many of us here have discussed this with you previously, it is the list that each seperate team has.
If Arizona, for example, has Barrett Hayton, at 4th, and he happens too be available at 5th OA, then they take him.

It would appear so but IMO neither were good enough for top 5. Habs for need at 3 was a reach. Needing scoring said Zadina or Tkachuk so i’d trade down. Kot at 5 for the Yotes would be less of a reach. It wasn’t a good set up for prospects for either team.
