Anaheim will miss Kesler but they're still good in goal and the backend. Forwards are just ok. |

Ok ....my prediction is 2nd in the pacific for the flames and second last in the league for the Canucks - Redmile247
I'd go forth in the Pacific for the flames and 4th first in the league for the Canucks |

So I’ve read, the shtick will change from tank to get a good player in the top 5, to tank and get a good player in the top 10. |

I don't think we need to try to tank and I am counting on a top 10 pick. It would be nice to finish 7 or 8 and win a lotto pick |

I see every team in our division with big question marks . Many teams have weak D and some forward groups are not as good as people think. Teams are getting older and the style is changing - VANTEL
The expectation at the start of the year for every team is always higher then it should be. They think X player will have another awesome 60 point season and he ends up with 45 instead. No one knows how the season is going to play out but we all like to try and predict it best we can. |

Based on our luck, this is difficult to argue. |

Playoffs always seem in reach for a while.
In reality unless Van is legit in a playoff spot. Sell and sell early so the younger players can get a few extra games. Rather have them 30-40 games of experience instead of 15-20. (If they are showing they are closer to ready in the AHL) |

Other teams needs to want the players and pay a reasonable price too. Seen that JB is capable of selling some players for a decent price. Lots of Van's players right now have very little playoff experience and with contracts that aren't great or NTC's |

I'd be okay with top 5 and hope that JB could put himself in a position to trade up for Hughes.
Good luck with that |

I am going to wait and see them play. Some players have new roles. Some players will be fighting for jobs and careers . Some players had bad or injury filled years. And some players are a year older and hopefully better.
I will watch then play about 20 games before I figure out where we are. |
