I think you guys are calling this race over well before it is over. Peterman has been solid in both games. He's still in the lead imo
- jcragcrumple

Not after last night. Did you read the quotes from Lorenzo Alexander?

The team itself is going to want Allen week 1. It’s happening

Before preseason game 1, everyone was sure it was gonna be McCarron. After game 1, everyone was sure it was Peterman. After game 2, everyone is sure it's Allen. It's still fluid

if the bills o line is going to be brutal vs the pass rush, and they might

would you rather have peterman or josh allen?

picture how bad bledsoe was his last year with that crappy o line in buffalo

The plan should be to develop Allen correctly
If he’s “ready” to play, then cool

But it looks to me like he still needs a fair amount of work (specifically reading defenses)

That guy doesn’t make Bills lineup decisions
9-13 for 60yds isn’t impressive btw
Even if u triple that...
27-39 for only 180yds

We can clearly see Allen’s talent
But he’s still gotta “learn” the game

Everyone? The future franchise QB was never going to sit behind McCarron, unless we were miraculously winning games with him.

my guess is they already have their mind made up who is starting week 1, but I have to admit before the injury this thing was more of a mess then tyrod, ej and cassel

He didn’t air it out once. I think they wanted to see him working the dinks and dunks and called the game that way while he was playing.

We know he can gain yards in big chunks and last night we saw he is growing in his ability to manage a pro game

I was at a bar, so not closely
Under heat or not,
he doesn’t look to me like he knows where to go with the ball
And it’s not like he won’t face pressure like that during the season

I’ll reserve the right to change my mind after i watch the DVR though

Like i said, his talent is obvious
I just don’t wanna put him out there before he’s ready

if Josh Allen should be on the bench, then logic says Dahlin should be in Rochester or the press box to start the season

yeah yeah yeah yeah

if you can put your best 18 year old prospect on the blue line for 20 minutes a night, you can put your best qb since jim kelly behind your center week 1

One of Big Mike’s favorite pickup lines

We’re only offering two things over here: cake and c0ck, and we’re all out of cake”.

It rarely works.

That’s completely different and you know it

Dahlin is at a point where he’s ready to learn while he’s playing
Everyone says he’s “ready”
And he doesn’t need to play 20+ min a night against the top lines if he isn’t ready

U can’t really shelter a QB all that much

If you wanna say Allen is ready to learn while doing, then that’s your opinion

I just feel differently
I think Allen’s development would go better if we ease him into the lineup
I think he still has a lot to learn,
and i don’t see the benefit to rushing him into the lineup

And the ONLY thing that should matter with Allen is what’s best for him in the long run

the good qb's get knocked down and get back up

see peyton, elway and aikman

all qb's that were thrown to their wolves right away

either the qb has it like them, or he doesn't like all the first rd flops

first rd flops never thrive at their second team

I am fine knowing in year 3 what they have with the kid
