Olaf better have more than "just a chance" after we drafted him so high
- TPC

if Shesty finally comes over, the only thing Olaf will have a chance at is cleaning the bathrooms

(frank)ing idiots. Darwin took a break I guess. They all lived

Up to around 95 dumbasses. 3 arrests so far, mrn's dealer and 2 associates. Stuff was being given away for free to try to hook people, guess that didn't turn out too well.

Unless Olof turns into Henrik Lundqvist 2.0, I'll never understand that pick. Cause even if the Rangers have given up on Halversson that still would leave them with Georgiev, Shesterkin, Huska and Wall. Why do you need a 5th goalie in the system?

Have to think Gorts is worried about Shesty staying in Russia. Or maybe Allaire sees something in Ollie and recommended him to be picked.

yep, that pick blew my mind, and then the obsessing about lefty defensemen

I feel good overall about the draft they had especially with the Keane pick, but just leaves a bad taste blowing that opportunity at 39th overall

To me, it was just a terrible pick because the is no way you can convince me that he wouldn't have been there for the 70th pick. And with forward talent of note still on the board.

I don't have much of a problem trading up for Miller, Olaf on the other hand is a head scratcher.

Yup. I just wonder if they had info that one of those teams was going to select him. I have no issue because I really think Miller is going to still be a steal after its all said and done.

The Olaf one was just so (frank)ing dumb. Made no sense

I think stockpiling D-man isn't bad. Keane and Gross could be nice sleepers. Gross has a ton of international experience for an 18 year old. He's been in the OHL for 2 years and he'll likely be attending his 3rd WJC in December. That has the potential to be a sneaky good pick.

I just thought that the only thing that really addressed at the deadline was stockpiling D

when are they gonna stockpile wingers?

you have to dress 8 of them a game
