Is it the same people making both deals? If it is, then they could figure it out. But then again, if it is the same people, and they knew they wanted to get rid of Romanuk, wouldn't they have told Bowen that before they signed him to the radio deal if they really wanted him to go back to TV? And if it's not, who would compensate whomever is doing the radio deals?

After having to deal with Rogers for years while doing IT consulting, I can assure you this is exactly how things work there. I've never dealt with another company so fragmented and top heavy. So many managers and VPs, that the left hand doesn't even know the right hand exists. |
