Pretty disrespectful to your fans and players if you come out at the start of the year and say you assembled a team to hopefully lose every game.

Tough decision.

Fly to Miami for a few days and catch the Dolphins and Canucks or drive to Green Bay with stops in either south bend for Pitt/ND or Ann arbour for Mich/Wisconsin then possibly Cubs playoff game before Monday nighter with the Niners at Lambeau.

Leaning towards the latter although I’m an avid Dolphins fan.

they have been bad in fact the worst team in the nhl. they have not started rebuilding, they have been trying to be competittive. there is a difference, if they had started rebuilding we would have loads of additional prospects instead we have drafted less than we should have even if no trades were made.

They have acquired Dahlen Leipsic Goldobin and Motte instead of taking more third and fourth round picks.

That is four new prospects in four years and also got a fourth and an extra sixth .

Buffalo admitted a year later they tanked and Leafs said at the draft lotto after the year was over that they worked hard for this. That is not a GM saying we want to tank this year.
