Was only wanting to see yours & why we are in for cap problems. I don’t foresee cap issues. As for the roster i didn’t see anyone on it that shouldn’t be there IMO. Some of the contracts were either premature or a bit inflated. One i disagree with is Lui.

In 3yrs time much maneuvering can occur.

Also a lockout/strike could happen before then. Buyout heaven.

Next CBA the league might try to close some loopholes. Front end loaded bonuses (Hossa) & the JT type contract & LTIR contract dumps come to mind. Possibly seek shorter max contract terms that the NHLPA will fight hard against. The NHLPA probably will bargain for the escrow to be changed more in their favour with the escalator being revamped.

That all said any lockout or strike would be ill advised & damaging to the game in the worst way ever.
