I mean, come on! Coyotes are serious Cup contenders. Hurricanes, too.

Coyotes, Canucks and Senators will once again be the bottom of the league, nothing to see here, Tanner just spewing his normal verbal diarrhoea. At least the Canucks have one of the best prospect pools in the league from their terrible finishes, unlike the Coyotes.

Just think, they could've had Casey Mittelstadt in 2017, who's going to be an absolute stud center in the league, but no, their idiot GM thinks they're falsely ready to compete so he trades his 7th overall pick for Raanta and Stepan lol.....idiot!!!

Promptly finishes third last the next season

Maybe the next 3 reasons will finally persuade you guys that the Coyotes are finally the next big dog in town, expect nothing less than a 100pt-season of Stepan and Gally.

Always remember that the Coyotes haven't lost a single playoff-game since 2012!

It happens all the time in the NHL. I'd look at last years Senators if I was looking to see what the "real" Knights are like. Same situation.

Senators were a garbage team that defied their analytics and were one goal from going to the SCF. The Knights are a bit better, but they're not some powerhouse and they are definitely not a 'Cup Contender'

quotes not working,

I'm guessing marijuana is legal by you Jim? Maybe yours was laced with something else.
OEL=/>Doughty? you got to be smoking something to go that far. That's drug assisted homerism.

The Yotes were in a rebuild? Rebuilding from what? A fluke season or two way back when they made the playoffs on the back of a hot goalie?

This team was never good, just like Toronto was never good in your lifetime. So seeing the gems in a road apple like a Richardey bird is all ya got.

But you did make me laugh on a Sunday morning, consider a career in comedy. But like both the Yotes and Leafs you'd choke when the bright lights get turned on. Neither team will win anything, and you're only funny when you're not trying to be.

I still think the massive dive the Sens had was caused by off ice issues rather than the talent level of the players... And that's coming from a Leafs fan. We know about the Hoffman girlfriend fiasco, but I think the players quit on Guy Boucher's soul crushing system too.

Tanner you appear in the comments way to much. You write the blogs. We comment on the blog. Maybe write better blogs and you won’t have to spend so much time on here arguing like a school girl.

Tanner you’re a joke. Criticizing Maloney cause he started rebuild 2 years after you told him? (And then praise Chayka for trading away picks and prospects) Who are you? Who are his friends kids that he drafted? League has plenty of nhl offspring around. Was Chychrun dad a friend of Chayka? Very easy to nit pick both ways. Bottom line... Team hasn’t had anymore success. They’re still not making playoffs this year

After 25 years that is all you have??
Good luck getting your next one.
Habs fans are so predictable. 1967. Pull the string on their back and they say it again.
And I do remember it. Age 3, my first day in Canada - watched it with my unlce (so I’m told - I’ve been a jinx ever since😢).

But they were though!

I will leave you with this
"hard work trumps talent.. When talent won't work hard"

That Vegas team had something to prove. Their entire season you had them regressing... And yet they did not regress. I hate to agree with you ...But i think they take a huge step back this year.. But that takes nothing away from what they "proved" last year!

I agree the Ducks could be good. But they might also be awful. Their forwards no longer inspire much confidence.
- james_tanner1

Excellent writeup, they could be good everyone...then again they might also be awful. Just quit already James.

You said back when they beat the NYR in playoffs that they were better team, even though NYR outplayed them and gave away the series. Now you say they were lucky. Which is it?

I think they make the playoffs this season
- Santo_44

With tanners projected L2 being Panik - Dvorak - Hinostroza, I project that they have a similar start to last season.

You have a very very long history of saying I said things I didn't say. I don't even remember that the the Coyotes played the Rangers that year, let alone what my thoughts might have been. You need to find more fulfilling things to do with your time.

UGH....I didn't say Coyotes. I was responding to your Ott was "lucky" comment, which was your attempt to back up the Vegas was "lucky" rant.

They (Ott.) played NYR in those playoffs, and like YOU said, it was two seasons ago 2016-2017 playoffs). Are you off your Lithium again James?

You said Ott was lucky in playoffs 2 seasons ago, and I mentioned how your tune was different back when those playoffs were taking place, especially how you said they were better than NYR. Thats all....not too confusing. Glad I could clear things up for yah.

We're used to it James, it's very typical for you to change your opinion and/or facts to better suit your argument.

Its OK little buddy
