Matthews goal scoring ability will make him the more talked about player. But I think both will have their jerseys retired by their respective teams by the time it’s all said and done. I don’t think Eichel has scratched the surface on the type of player he can be. Having Skinner and playing an 82 game season wearing his childhood number (look good, feel good, play good) will hopefully allow him to explode on to the scene this year like Mackinnon did this past season for Colorado.

Bold. I haven't looked too closely but I like the top 6. Gotta move out a few turds yet. I also like what Rochester will have this season. Things are looking up.

On another note I shot my low round, a 2 under par 70 yesterday at Ironwood. The boys and I are going to re-join Batavia CC next year.

Interesting.
Except for head to haed matchups, Matthews has owned the better of the scoring record, and the Leafs did pass us very quickly and substantially, I think the decision is very tough....I really like Eichel's ceiling..he is barely scratchingthe surface of his potential...
now withcompetent wingers...he may move into a hier tier...or two tiers.

Play Skinner/Eichel/Okposo at 65% oZS, Minga that line can do alot of damage!

I think that would work better. It allows Skinner to fire away, and Sheary can be the net-front finisher for Eichel. Just go to the net with your stick down, and expect the pass when you least expect it

Both NJ and Colorado made huge 1-year leaps last year into the playoffs. I think the Sabres are now a 90 point team but they'll fall short. If we aren't playing meaningful games into early March then Housely's job is on the line.
