Let's review. Gudas didn't "click" with Sanheim. He didn't "click" with Gostisbehere. Hmmm. I wonder where the problem is?

Any of you older posters still keep in touch with Jsaq or Tomahawk (I know he still posts from time to time - but not with any frequency).

I know about being spoiled by this team but if you look at it realistically the last 6 seasons have been as bad a stretch for this team as they've ever had with the exception of the Jay Snider/Russ Farwell orchestrated 5 year drought and at the very least in the middle of that they landed Lindros.

I've been tied to this team since the mid 70's and this is a horrible stretch for the team from my perspective. There's been literally zero hope for a championship. I can't fault outsider media for feeling the same things I do watching every move doggedly.

- mayorofangrytown

Absolutely right. I remain hopeful but I really don't see a first round win this year either. At some point there needs to be a significant jump forward but that might be two years away.

I can't get past the bad goals he gave up in the finals against montreal.

I was still pretty young and haven't revisited the series but my recollection is that in general Montreal was the far superior team in that series.

Since Jsaq started posting stories on BSH he's pulled back on social media.

I remember the games all being close. The Flyers had the lead in most of those games going into or during the third. They couldn't finish any of them though. Parent could easily have made the difference IMO.

I always liked reading his posts. As I've said before, I'm relatively young (31), and when I joined I basically just read what everyone posted for the first 2 years or so.

His points were always well organized and articulated.

Each game, except game 4, was a one goal game. If the Flyers had both a healthy Parent and MacLeish, they perhaps win that series. It would have been tough, the 75-76 Habs team was loaded, but so were the Flyers. However, they had no prayer without Parent and MacLeish. It’s a testament to how hard that team worked and how dominant the LCB line was that Spring that it was as close as it was.

Extremely odd. He repeatedly brought it up even though I was clueless. I did think he was trolling at one point, but this other account that was gifted to him did exist when i searched it. But yeah he hasn't posted since I told him to share these messages

seriously though, why would someone need to give him an account instead of him just creating another one? am I missing something?

There is a name out of left field. Maybe there is still hope for a Kevin Marshall comeback.
