Patch is not 5th for goals in the last 5-6 years in the whole NHL
Not saying he awesome, but he worth more than Gustav
1. He didn't use JUST Patches ONE BAD YEAR. He clearly stated the last THREE years combined.
2. Patches ONE bad year was just 37 points in 64 games. Ouch!!!
3. Patches ONE bad year was in his most recent year.....
All the above says...I would want to stay clear of Patches...ESPECIALLY if he is seeking a 7x7 deal (which is the rumor) as an extension.
I would give up squat for Patches...maybe a "B" Prospect and a 2nd rounder...and then, would let him walk after this season. |
