Have... you ever seen him play? Or even read the scouting reports. He’s anything but one dimensional. - YzermanTheMan
He could skate into the corner with a dozen eggs in his pocket and not break a single one. |

So, he’s not a physical presence and that makes him one dimensional? |

Don't think it was just a Hoffman/Karlsson thing. It could only have affected the whole room. Very divisive stuff when it gets personal like that. Doesn't matter who is telling the truth or not - everyone sees it way they want. Players are no different.
Management has said who they think the culprit is. Should be end of story. Thats up to the guys in the room. - Storman
From the interviews with other players I've heard after (like on the Team 1200). None of them seemed to know about it.
Who knows how much of that is actually true, but we'd have to take them at their word. |

It’s an interesting take. A wrong take, but interesting none the less. Reminds me of Tanner saying the Presidents Trophy should mean more than the Stanley Cup. |

Agreed.
But how could they not have known. If you were one of them would you want to talk about it? |

Is Team 1200 out of vancouver? The TSN vancouver radio station had a 20 minute segment about how Tampa is as close to a "SuperPower" team as you could have in the NHL now that they have acquired Karlsson. That was a month ago. And the entire 20 minutes they were speaking as if Tampa HAD acquired Karlsson. CLOWNS! |

Brady's family is rich. Is there really a need for a University education at this point? He can still get one and play AHL or NHL. I would think AHL is his best bet at this point with a possibility of being called up if he exceeds expectations. How many players have stayed in college and come out as stars? Not many. How many decided to stay at Boston University after being drafted went on to become stars? None in the last 20 years I'd say. That said, I think his Dad was one of the best to ever come out of there and he stayed all four years. |

LOL Bobby Ryan. He's scored a couple gorgeous highlight reel goals. Cool that he's basically the 1st legitimate NHL player from the immediate Philadelphia area. He had a wonderful playoff 2 years ago, but for the most of his NHL career, he's been a massively overpaid player who's point totals don't justify his salary. - Pixote Andolini
The fact that he is overpaid does not negate the fact his is still a good winger when healthy. No one aside from yourself called him a legitimate 1st line winger as well. Not all good players are elite top line superstars you know..... |

No the Team 1200 is the Sens radio station... I think they are called TSN 1200 now but I just stick with the original name.
That's the problem, is that people hear a tiny grain of a rumor and blow it way out of proportion... as fans it's fun, but actual reporting. Who knows whats true or not? |

Yes condsidering none of what you said had to do with THIS SEASON. No one on the sens is leaving this year. The only potential is a Karlsson trade and that is not a given. |

I feel like if any of them knew, their version of talking about it would be things like....
"Karlsson is our Captain and we stand by him"
Personally I think they should be more concerned with things that are in their control, like getting in game ready shape and working on team chemistry |

Some Sens fans on here are very amazing. They act like they know whats happening with Karlsson and the sell of the team, but they're just speculating big time. They have made their own scenario in their head about the Sens and they are starting to believe it because nothing is going on around the team these days. They dont got sources inside the team and around the NHL to confirm what they're thinking is accurate. Also, no reporter in Ottawa have tweeted or have wrote something on Karlsson and the sell of the team lately. If something was happening, they'll let us know as fast as possible. So, Sens fans, just relax! Enjoy your summer. |

QUESTION..
It seems like a player in college can stay in college if he chooses and can become a FA if he's there until his rights expire. That seems like a loophole to get out of a team you dont want to play with.
Is there a loophole like that for the drafted kids not in college? |

Play in the khl & never return.
Sit out a season & refuse to play I think, then a team the end you're a FA? (I think), we should Google I suppose... |

He should hold out like Vesey and Wheeler did. He doesn’t owe Ottawa anything and they’re a complete cancer until a new owner comes along. Another team would have happily drafted him. There needs to be some consequences for owners foolish and greed. I can think of nothing better than players refusing to sign and play. |

what's the consequence for a team who has an owner with bottomless pockets, has had a slew of top 5 picks in the last decade, and is still a tire fire on the ice? |

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the best option is to feign ignorance.
