Yes, because out of every profession, athletes need more money, the Capitals should almost be embarrassed for handing him that kind of contract.

If I was in the situation of a drug dealer I would trade my loads of drugs for guns

Then use those power guns to get back my drugs and eliminate any witnesses So I can be the new king pin
