we are going to be the worst team in the league next season and it makes me happy

Scott Rroad Skytrain was where they were going to move the PNE at one time, lots of land at the wreckers sites but the soil is fried I think the remediaton costs were a big factor as there has been contamination for generations. But the site itself would be perfect. Queens Park wouldnt go as New Westminster doesnt want anyone in Greater Vancouver driving in there, which as you can see by all the diversions and other " calming measures" they have done quite a good job of. Neighborhoods around there too would probably go ballistic . If somehow you can hook LRT or skytrain into the equation there would be a hands down winner in Surrey. Would draw from the Valley and Vancouver .
