I don’t have a problem with any of this but the reality is, when I have to listen to “If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times, we never missed Schenn this season” for an entire year. Very arrogant and bold words. Take your Medicine. Hextall wanted Schenn’s production wasn’t replace. G and Jake called JvR to convince him to come back. Hextall made the rest happen.

You really wanna get into high and mighty?

Sure, let's start with what YOUR definition is for "replacing production".

Baby steps.

Okay, if you have that answer, let’s hear it.

I just want to ask. Why are you such a fan of Schenn? He was kind of a meh guy in my eyes.

It kind of does, thanks. Does that include you? Because if it does, well I wouldn't be sure who was wrong anymore.

He's more of a passenger than a driver of play when it comes down to it.

He'll probably go back to wing now that the Blues have Ryan O'Reilly, a player far more suited to being a 1C than Brayden Schenn.

So you would want a redo on the trade correct? You would rather have Schenn instead of jvr going into this year and take away 2 of the teams top 5 prospects for a playoff run with Schenn in the fold this past spring?

I said "you're" all wrong, not "we're" all wrong.

The only time that I am ever wrong is when I tell people that they're wrong.

I feel bad for ROR. He had a good thing going in Buffalo, being so close to the border.

But now that he's in St. Louis, what's he supposed to crash his car into? A Dunkin Donuts? No way!

I literally despise the terms passenger and driver of play. Percentage wise there aren't that many drivers of play in the NHL. Doesn't mean a player is not a good player.

I don't know why we would undo that Schenn trade.

We turned one good complementary player into two very good prospects.

Brayden Schenn the type of winger who closes the fridge with his hip.

He won't be able to hit the St. Louis arch, either, IMO.

How about the term "complimentary" player? Meaning that you're not a bad player, and while you can't necessarily be the centerpiece of a top line, you can be an effective part of that line.

I don't view 25 goal, 50 point plus players as complementary.

You really think your respect matters to me? I’ve backed up every word, every inch of the way. If you don’t think Jake is going to the Hall of the Fame, why so upset if someone says he’s overrated?

This comment is the perfect example of how small minded most of you are? I make a comment, you guys get upset and take personal shots. I have the Audacity to defend myself and that makes me a Martyr.

The logic here is unbelievable.

- SuperSchennBros

Here we go again with the victim complex. You're not a martyr. You didn't die for some cause. You're not this noble poster who is defending the honor of some group of people. Grow up dude. People here are sick of your shtick

Okay...did I call Schenn a complimentary player? I just asked how you felt about the term.
