2012 is one of the best drafts of all time in terms of insanity.

1. Yakupov - Basically should have won the Calder then gets destroyed and falls apart
2. Murray - One of the only 18 year olds to ever play in the WC's and is injured constantly and is a 4-5 defenseman
3. Galchenyuk - Scores 30...blamed for everything and falls apart
4. Reinhart - Lol at the time and lol now
5. Rielly - Injured during his draft year and has developed into a 2/3 depending on your view
6. Lindholm - Ranked in the 20's, turned out to be arguably the best overall player in the draft
7. Dumba - Has holes, but is thriving behind Suter
8. Pouliot - Ranked in the 20's, turned out to be arguably the worst selection in the draft (due to the nature of the trade)
9. Trouba - Fair enough
10. Koekkoek - Same sound you think of when you remember he was picked 10th

I think everyone wanted Galchenyuk, but he was taken 3rd.. We were in desperate need for a C at that time, after Sundin left and people(myself included) were hoping that they would draft a C, like Galchenyuk..
