Also less proven which is why the veteran, former starters would be the more reliable option. It's far from irrelevant. Just because you got backed into a corner of your own illogical thoughts doesn't mean it's irrelevant.

Ryan Miller was a starter for the majority of his career and last year became a back-up in Anaheim. He had a great year and played 28 games which kept Gibson from doing what Andersen had to do last year.

Gibson got hurt, (frank)-stick. Only reason Miller got that many games.

Watch hockey.

You're a joke.

Oh because Andersen is immune to injury, right?

The reason Miller played 28 games is (frank)ing irrelevant. The fact that he was an effective back-up for 28 games is what matters here.

Wrong. Miller stole the starting job from Gibson.

I'm gonna need the fake retard accounts to stop posting.

My drunk ass has to take a minute to see that it's not the OG (UG) retard.

And yet, still better than all 3 of the back-up options they have. He didn't play 600+ games by accident.

The two main reasons a team has a back-up is for injuries and to reduce fatigue on the starting goalie and both are valid reasons for the Leafs to get a legit back-up as Andersen was both injured and over worked last year. Even if Gibson was healthy, Miller would have played a similar number of games given how successful Miller was as a back-up.

He’s basing his crap on games played. Nothing else matters. Until it no longer fits his narrative.

And you have proof Miller plays the same number of games if Gibson doesn't get hurt?

Like these stats that you keep ignoring?

Career GAA, and SV%

Lehtonen: 2.71 - .912

Mason: 2.70 - .911

Pickard: 2.78 - .913

Lehtonen and Mason are so much better.

Because Gibson didn't miss 28 games, he missed 7. And Miller did his job as a back-up. Playing because of an injury is no less a valid reason to have a capable back-up than to prevent fatigue.

But you can't prove that Miller starts those 7 games he missed.... See how easy it is to just repeat some stupid point over and over no matter what others are telling you even if your point is (frank)ing stupid?
