Benning: Those guys we've signed, they're fast. Roussel is fast. And they're big. Tim Schaller is 6'2, 220. Beagle is 6'3". They're big, strong guys. We've had a lot injuries the past few years, and we've thought maybe we're not big enough up front.

I'm sticking by my original prediction ...21-25 spot for the Nucks and even though I'm not completely sure the Flames got better in the off-season, they will get a sniff of the WC spot at some point in the season. Whether they will make it or not remains to be seen.

I think the Oilers will make it back in.

Do you hear me putting down the Hawks Bruins Pens or any other team? Not at all. Don't take it the wrong way because I really do enjoy your visits. If you didn't come in here Flames would be just another bad team that none of us even mention.
