I think Hutton will have a nice bounce-back year.

Cannot be anything else or his career will be very short.

Lots of smaller centers listed and smaller D for next year . Too early for me to know much about them . Lots of LHD also not RHD. Maybe next year best to take a center.

That's pretty hopeful.
A lot of things have to go right to make this happen.
I don't see it happening but I appreciate your confidence.

There could be a bit of a drop of. I don't think it will be huge .
I think it is a fair estimate to say 10 more points for Sutter which brings him to 40 Sedin had 50. Sedin gave up a lot of goals . I don't see Sutter doing as bad defensively.

The PP is concerning for sure.

I know this year will be a development year or fighting for spots for a lot of players. I hope that works to our advantage.

It could go South , but it could go North too . That is the beauty of this year.

With just a little luck with injuries on D should make an obvious improvement. Overdue for us & not asking much so continuity can happen for a change. EG needs a healthy season to see what we really have. Tanev we already know.

It's a solid place-holder deal. It might have been better to get a third year, but at 2 yrs with this money allows flexibility for the team.

The Hughes signing, if/when, will tell the tale for others...hopefully The Gym Manager and Eddie Munster can get a deal done to move out a d-man first, but I'm not sure if these two can figure out how to get the pickle from the bottom of the jar without making a mess of things.

I think it will be .

I think at worst we will be the same as last year , at best we get 5 more wins.

North or South its shaping up to be that type of year. Should see some bright lights but once again injuries are a key to what kind of sustainable growth we might see. At least get us to Xmas for a better peek of how we are doing.

Seems to me we have a general consensus on...

The D is unchanged & we are very apprehensive we will see improvement. Scoring continues to be the flavour of the day & looks to be a huge challenge once again.

In goal we are not all that optimistic it will be better than last year.

Upfront lost scoring will be tough to replace & look to the kids to fight for top 6 spots & the jury is out on who can or will do that. At C is our biggest concern on who can be a top C or top 2C & make Sutter the 3C. Again Sutter looks to get 2C TOI given his role & the kids not ready yet or til they force the issue. Winger overload & much discussion on its make or break time for a few to take the next step...Goldy & JV.

EP will be fine & replace some of the scoring but who he is played with is up in the air.

Logjam on a so-so D at best needs a trade.

4th line UFA signings get a mixed review but most think its an improvement other than questionable terms on contracts.

Mixed opinions on vets & their worth to us during this rebuild & how they will play or if they get traded.

Speculation on results are a bottom 5 team & as low as in the running for 1oa. Given better luck on injuries as high as a bottom 10 team.

Overall the prospect pool looks very healthy yet we have a wait & see approach to temper our hopes.

Hopes that the TDL we see trades to jettison vets for picks for the next draft.
Adding to that players rebound & up their value to get the best value.

TG & JB & TL are not getting a lot of luv due to poorly conveying team missions. Drafting gets good reviews. Brackett gets high praise. JB should lose the shoe polish hairdo & avoids the mic.

Idk if i’ve got it all right but do feel free to correct me or add your opinions.

My line of work is & always has been non full time. Its about yearly income & the economies dictate most of that. Out of town comes at a price missing out on the home front enjoyments. Still the lots of time off i could use much better.

I don't doubt you have a full time job , I was replying to your comment correct me if I'm wrong. I was merely pointing out most of us have a full time job and don't have enough spare time to correct you every time you are are wrong
