Michael Stone should not be traded or put on waivers until Mark Stones arbitration hearing is completed.

If I’m not mistaken; if Mark Stone goes to arbitration and they cannot agree on contract than he would become a free agent next year.

That alone as a possibility is a reason to have Michael remain on this team with the possibility of him persuading his brother to sign with us!

I can see WAS putting in a claim.

Actually maybe a smart move by Kulak to ask too much as he might go some place where he can get more minutes and does not have the likes of Vilimaki and Kylington threatening to make him 7D.

If he does not get claimed then its league minimum.

Watched Valimaki in the playoffs this year, he looks like the real deal. Had Dube"s number. This could be another move to make some room for prospects, Kulak clears waivers he can be sent down anytime.
