I completely apologize for that.
I really thought at the time we needed Karlsson at ALL COST.
But I now see the error of my ways. Although Karlsson is great offensively, he's not worth the $11mm cap hit and not worth losing Nylander, Gardiner and a 1st round pick.
I'd like to apologize to everyone that had to read my nonsense. And I'd like to thank Bruce and .OHOH. for helping me see the error of my ways.

I completely apologize for that.
I really thought at the time we needed Karlsson at ALL COST.

You don't know that. He's agreed to an extension with them and they have 3 guys becoming UFAs next year that equal 11.2 million so obviously they can afford him otherwise Yzerman wouldn't be involved at all. If they move Killorn and/or Callahan, they can fit him for next year. Yzerman isn't stupid.
