ive lived these lifestyles man...

northern AB stuck in some poopty little town and all there is on the way to the rig at 5:30 AM is Fas Gas store. You're lucky to an egg breakfast sandwich and not have to settle for the pre-made subs.. And if you're lucky enough to be in town you have A&W and Subway.. Do that for 21 days straight.

your brain will begin to enjoy it if you eat it often enough, even prefer it.

this goes for all thing throughout your day.. It's all little dopamine releases that you seek out. Food and sleep is insanely important, but chips and netflix is what your brain is telling you.

I listen to the Joe Rogan podcast everyday... He's a pretty big health nut and has many guests on who are experts.. So many good deep convos, you learn a lot..

Which is kind of stupid of them with Karlsson being available. They have a really great chance to fill that last major hole they need to fill. Another chance like that doesn't come around every day.

That being said, if Karlsson ends up in Tampa Bay, they're going to have to do twice the work to make up the difference. Tampa Bay's defense is already better as it is, adding Karlsson would be incredibly hard to compete with every year.

If they can't get Karlsson, Pietrangelo should be on their radar immediately.
