Not that Vesey is super valuable (he isn't) but I would not mind seeing him under a different coaching staff.

I think one of the things that sets Hayes apart from those other names is the faceoffs

when he was a rookie he was astonishingly bad on draws, but he has really really worked on it and improved dramatically

Good point. So not really on Vesey, but Vlady, Spooner and Hayes all can swap from the wing to the middle. Then back again.
