Yeah, its pretty crazy how many of them slump a year or two after a very good rookie season. Hell, even forwards do but it doesn't seem at the same rates.

Think 2 years ago he was up in the top of the league for even strength points for defenseman. Might be wrong though, I'm pretty dumb

You are not wrong (surprisingly). I believe he had 42 even strength points that season. Yet somehow, that wasn't enough of a reason for AV to give him even 2nd unit PP time.

Right. Nice catch. I went off the top of my head on that one. Thought it was 42 of 49 points. That would have been a nice rookie total!

Fantastic! Thanks for asking. A solid week of catching up on sleeping, reading, drinking and family time!! Perfect weather. Hot and sunny everyday except the last day when we packed up and left by 9:30am. Bugs were bad in the evening, but hey, it's northern Ontario!!

edit: and now I have one week of work and then off to my annual golf trip with 12 guys for some real debauchery!!! (not that kind, weirdo! )

Not bad for a rookie year. Wasn't really used on the PP until the end of the year. Even when he was he was on the 2nd unit
