Not the case anymore, we have Beagle now.
 - NorthNuck
lol I checked Bennet's numbers out and they have been dropping but likely to TOI and line mates. Maybe we're better off with Beagle??

We already have a player in Edler who takes a ton of penalties.
We dont a need a 3rd liner who takes just as many. - classic321
Good point forgot that Bennett is on a constant train to the box. |

It all makes sense now.
They probably targeted Roussell first who takes a ton of penalties, so then they said lets sign a penalty killer to the same term to alleviate it.

Goldobin on where he has to get better, āI have to be stronger on the puck, be better in the dee zone. I was happy though with my play at the end of the season.ā #Canucks
Goldobin on his goals for next year, āGo to camp and show everyone I have improved and score 25 or more goals. Help the team get into the playoffs.ā #Canucks
Bye bye someone else. Goldy gets to stay. - manvanfan
Sounds good.
Now walk the walk & talk the talk. Lol

On Bennett iām undecided if damaged goods or he has something to prove otherwise whether he stays or traded. Leaning towards bustville. Doesnāt help he was played too early & not enough support on the wings. |

Let him sink a bit more and it will cost basically nothing. |

Player Projected Goals per 82 Games
Players 25 and under
Brock Boeser 34.09
Elias Pettersson 30.81

Markus Granlund 15.29
Jonathan Dahlen 13.18
Jake Virtanen 12.17
Adam Gaudette 11.01
Brendan Gaunce 8.80
Brendan Leipsic 7.84
Olli Juolevi 7.08
Derrick Pouliot 3.61
Ben Hutton 3.24
Troy Stecher 3.07
Quinn Hughes 1.88
Over 25
Loui Eriksson 18.75
Sam Gagner 15.95
Brandon Sutter 15.01
Tim Schaller 12.39
Alex Edler 9.22
Antoine Roussel 9.02
Jay Beagle 7.02
Michael Del Zotto 6.86
Alex Biega 3.72
Chris Tanev 3.65
Erik Gudbranson 3.30
Sven Baertschi - Bo Horvat - Brock Boeser
Loui Eriksson - Elias Pettersson - Sam Gagner
Antoine Roussel - Brandon Sutter - Jake Virtanen
Tim Schaller - Jay Beagle - Markus Granlund
Alex Edler - Troy Stecher
Michael Del Zotto - Chris Tanev
Derrick Pouliot - Erik Gudbranson
Hereās the upside: that lineup, over 82 games, is projected to score 243 goals. Thatās not bad! It could be a lot worse and, in fact, has been a lot worse over the last three seasons.
243 goals would put the Canucks right in the middle of the NHL last season, tied with the New Jersey Devils for 15th in the league. So, while 243 goals would be a big improvement from last seasonās 218 goals, it would still only be around league-average.

This is Daniel Wagner or Pass It To Bullis. Last week he was crying that the 3 new UFAs would hinder the young players and yet he has Bo EP and BB scoring 90 goals
Make up my mind for (frank) Sake . Then he has Gaudette and Goldobin combining for 30 goals and he does not have them listed on his lineup . Smart very smart
BTW I smell like the beach . We just did a 45 minute swim . Better than sex in this heat. As you were. |
