injury propensity plays a part of contract negotiations. I rather have him play his 3rd year and see how it goes. Dropping 11 mil on a glass cannon worth 70 points per season, isnt the best idea.

She has been through this before and gotten better, but this time she's 3 years older and a bit worse. I've sort of accepted it, but still won't be easy of course. Who (frank)en cares about labels? Leafs had 105 points last season without JT, if they can make it 110 to 120 in 2018-19 the escalator still on the way up. We all know every GM in the league that had the cap space desperately wanted to sign JT. Saying he's an overpayment at this point when at least two teams offered more $, is just sour grapes. Pathetic really.
