When I dance on your grave once the Rangers trade Hayes after drafting Hughes, you might have a case.

Hayes could be gone if he gets pinched before they legalize the reefer in NY

Has anyone started calling you Thomas the Tank Engine yet? Because if not I'd like to lay claim to that nickname.

I don’t think he does the newer episodes, as in 8 yrs ago

But we also got my son the whole Thomas train track set thing back then. He was dialed in to that thing for a good two years

Why all the fuss on McLeod's minimal hockey skills, when you know why he was re-signed? Jan's correct that his signing, & their very minimal off season changes (outside of a Draft), is the fault of Jeff Gorton. I can't believe another word he states, as per Jan's words alone, in that Gorton said he would bring in toughness this off season, and improve the roster using their created cap space, which has brought in one new slightly experienced player in Fred Claesson at a whopping $700K. Gorton is also clueless on both the length that this rebuild will require, and on how to do so with a proper mix of experienced players.
Had Hank known this was Gorton's extent of improving fast through a rebuild/retool, which later became a rebuild only, maybe Hank would have accepted Gorton's request to be dealt to a Cup contender at last season's trade deadline. That in contrary to him saying then he wanted to play his entire career in New York for only the Rangers, in being all for their new plan to not waive his NMC.
If a rebuild is in FULL SWING, then why doesn't it include the most important position as the #1 starter in goal, with the contract of a 36 year old future Hall of Fame goalie expiring in 3 years? A 22 year old Georgiev can be given that first shot, (unless blowing his chance in training camp and the preseason), with Shestyorkin not probably knowing himself yet if he wants to play hockey in North America. Otherwise, one thing known is that this rebuild may then require longer length than expected, should Hank play out his contract through age 39 as the Rangers #1 starter, in addition to Gorton being well on his way to using 99% of his own drafted kids in his rebuild of this organization, and Pro roster first.

Let me cut this down for you. Lundqvist and NMC. Lundqvist said he didn't want to leave. The end.
