remember when we were a winning team and we were all friends?

It’s really just Tom making this place miserable lately. I have my crazy trade ideas but mean we’ll by it. Saver has his blogs within the blogs but means well. Old school/junka etc have their opinions and mean well, and Tom just starts with everyone on here. He’s been extra annoying lately.

That +/- stands out. With a defensive minded coach he might be able to be better in his own zone. I do like his offensive numbers.

Say it’s not his fault then. He’s basically been the reason this franchise has had any success the last decade plus

He bailed his teammates out WAAAAAAAY more then his teammates bailed him out over the years. How could you forget the numerous game 7s. By the way, this is why I have zero respect for you...all you do is come on here and bash him in one way or another. Your a fool oldman

hey, question, why is yet ANOTHER player from the Rangers 1968-75 era being honored with his jersey in the rafters this coming season when EVERY ONE of them failed time and time again?

Hadfield will be the fourth man from that era, maybe they should have him sit in the penalty box and laugh like he did in '74.

maybe they should have partied a little less in those days, like acting like they won the Cup after Stemkowski's triple overtime goal vs Chicago, partying to dawn.

and Old School hates Lundqvist for how much money he makes

yet EVERYONE on the early 70's Rangers that he loves so dearly was among the highest paid players in the league in those days.

They had a nickname "Emile's Fat Cats"

couldn't get it done, but damn well they dressed sharp and took over the Manhattan party scene

Well, that's true, they certainly didn't get it done, and when they realized they wouldn't they shipped most of the team out, including the beloved Eddie Giacomin.

So Hank didn’t save the teams bacon repeatedly during the last 15 years? That’s what your saying?

listen, if your opinion is to always rip on Lundqvist and change history that he was the reason we didn't win it all, then I will NEVER respect your opinion.

I'll die on that hill defending Lundqvist.

You hate a Ranger legend. I love him.

Nothing to do with being an "old man" or not.

That is the sides that you and I have my friend.

Just watching him you can see the skating and puck skills. He’s bounced around and still only 22. This will be a good year for him to gain a full time spot. He’ll be on same footing with everyone as far as new coaches. Let’s hold judgement .

Maybe you can. Maybe you cant quote right too. Or maybe you can admit your ignorance someday. Hank is the best goalie this franchise has ever had and has proved that season after season. And your a fool to think otherwise
