Apparently, defensemen are only good if they are 6'6 and 225lbs or named Victor Hedman

All things considered, he's not worth it. He's small, he gets hurt a lot, his point totals aren't impressive, he's going on 29 with only 2 years left on his deal. No, he's not worth the picks and prospects to acquire. If the Leafs are going to get a RHD, swing big and get Pietrangelo. Get somebody who is the complete package. Don't pay an arm and a leg for half a player, literally and figuratively.
