I didn't even realize Reinhart was that effective. Could be a good one. (frank)ing Sabres... I'm glad Ryan Miller is out of his prime. He was mean to my Maple Leafs in his prime. - Njuice
Has there been a Sabres goalie ever that hasn't been? That record against the Sabres is downright "burtal". |

We put Panarin on Jack's wing....Jack is hitting 100 points for sure.
So lets do that. |

Atlantic is a strong division...maybe the bottom teams are weak but TB and TOR are huge. Boston should still be very strong. Florida is good and Buffalo is gonna be real dangerous soon too. - Njuice
no ...a couple of years away. We are hoping for entertaining hockey this year. |

It’s hard when he was hurt
Just saying he had More points then Connor McDavid and got a 10 point lead on him during that streak
So tell me who’s crazy ? |

If you haven't seen Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom yet...don't bother. I had to re-watch the original Jurassic Park to cleanse my mind from that trash.
The first 5 minutes of the movie is amazing....(frank)ing classic Jurassic Park. Then its 2 hours of (frank)ing bullpoop. |

Look it up January 24 Last 16
jack had 12G+13A = 25 points
McDavid has 3G+11A = 14 points
When jack gets hot he can be in the same class as Mcdavid and he’s not even playing with good players
Imagine what his point total would be if players didn’t miss a easy goal or pass
He could Of had 30 points in 16 games |

Not the same class. Will never be in the same class.
Last year: Eichel in 67 games gave the puck away 61 times. On the other side of the equation, he took the puck away from opponents a whopping 38 times (two less than Tom Wilson's 40 takeaways). All in all, #9 was a -23 in the turnover department.
McDavid had 111 takeaways and 67 giveaways - in 82 games. That's a solid +44 in takeaways/giveaways.
On a crappy team, McDavid was a +20. On a slightly crappier team, Eichel was a -25.
Eichel's Corsi was 49.7, which was 2% above his previous best. McDavid's was 53.3, right around where his career average is (53.4).
Eichel is lucky to have signed his massive deal at $10 mill per season. He's a turnover machine, not a good trait for a team leader. To date, his numbers are more in line with players in the $5 - $7 million range.
In 5-7 years we could end up viewing #9 as the Carmelo Anthony of hockey: Consistently hogs the puck and kills the flow for the rest of the offense, consistently has more giveaways than takeaways, consistently gives 75% effort on Defense / and getting back into the play (and never gets publicly called out for it by his Coach), consistently ignorant of how his teammates and knowledgeable insiders view him, and doesn't elevate the play of any of his teammates.
I hope Captain Jack figures it out sooner than later. No reason he can't play the same way Ovechkin played in the playoffs.

What about the 10 game stretch where he had 5 points? Yes, he had a couple great streaks, but he also had some meh ones. You have to account for the whole, not just the best. |

Crap, I knew there was something I forgot to do today. Went to the Niagara Gorge today for some hiking (freaking awesome, I highly recommend it), and I should have stopped by the Brickyard. Never been there yet, and have always wanted to try out their BBQ. How was their pulled pork ?
