Seems like you don't comprehend the stats. Rel CF% doesn't mean much when the rest of your team is garbage.

Oh wow thanks I had no idea.

Hey if you are okay with being blindly loyal then that is fine with me.

As a fan I kinda have to be. I don't work for the Pens and they don't consult with me on signings. I think they should ask me but that's never going to happen.

You realize that Brandon Manning has been a regular, for better or worse (much more of the "worse"), for the past 2 seasons, right?

I mean, that's not a good thing, as both he and Gudas were brutal...but he was good enough to play, or rather deemed good enough to earn playing time, in Philadelphia.

For the amount of people in here that have never or will never be wrong it’s fukking amazing more aren’t working for NHL teams.... Blogger included... wouldn’t a team owner or GM want these guys hired like yesterday for knowing the amount that some do in here!? Seems easy. Yet look at the amount of teams over the past 3 years that have signed or traded for a player when there is cheaper or “more efficient” player easily available out there...

The rumblings I heard were that he was sick of "babysitting" Jack Eichel and Sam Reinhart. Rather than having locker room strife the Sabres made the decision to move on and get what they could.

What?

Anthony Duclair continues to weigh options. Unclear if decision comes today or not. Montreal and Pittsburgh among teams he's spoken with.

Ryan O’Reilly is so great he can’t score 5 on 5 to save his life

It just amazes me. Solid player, no doubt, but he’s the flavor of the month for hockey Twitter.

Some Centers who scored more 5 on 5 points than the “great” O’Reilly

Point
Larkin
Bjugstad
Duchene
Derek Ryan
Brodziak
JT Miller
Bonino
Henrique
Soderberg

I mean, holy hell there are a ton of “great” centers out there

ROR had a better WAR than Tavares so he does a lot of things other than scoring.

Yeah, and it’s weighted heavily on ice time and penalty differential, which he obviously does great at.

But the dude is literally 0 threat to score 90% of the time he’s on the ice unless it’s the PP.

Again, really good player. #1 center for no teams that actually like goals

I think the Blues are a great fit though, and it won’t shock me to see him have 1-2 great years before his body breaks down (which it sort of is already)
