I have yet to meet any Sixers fan that is boycotting the team due to their method of rebuilding. Tbh, I don't know any Sixers fans who say the whole thing wasn't worth it. - PhillySportsGuy
Just curious, and again, I don't follow basketball much anymore. But, how do you know if it was worth it yet? Don't they need to be good for a while to know? |

I got my hopes up when he fell to the Islanders. I was thinking two more picks and he could be a Flyer. - FlyerFan16
Would you take Wahlstrom alone, over Farabee and O'brien? Assuming you had to part with he 19th pick as well? Hard to say, but it would be tempting. |

Myers, Friedman, and Willcox have all outplayed him. So unless you are anticipating that the Flyers trade away some roster guys, hard to see him ever cracking the lineup, assuming he is ever healthy again, which is far from a given. He has as much chance of sticking with the team (or any team) as Goulbourne. - hockeyal
How many games did Morin play last season?

I feel like I have to pass some sort of test to post to the site, what is up with that?
- ChuckinKnucks
the only test is how long you can stay in the Cum Coffin for. Mononoke is our current reigning champ in that category with Scoob not far behind. |

You know what, you are correct. They did come out, and will continue to come out. I come here daily to read this site, because I respect most of the poster's opinions. However, when I open the comments and some of the first posts have to do with the Brayden Schen trade, and how horrible the sixers are for tanking. It gets me a little ticked off.
What do either of those things have to do with JVR? the future dev. camp that is happening right now? or the next moves that the flyers may make?
If you don't want to allow other people's opinions on this site, then so be it. If you want it to be/stay a Good Ole Boys Club, thats fine then stay in your cliques, and maybe take some of MJL advice and don't read my posts.

That sounds awesome! Question though, once I am out of the coffin, do I get to take any of the cum with me, for later? Like leftovers from a restaurant? |

We'll have to see what happens to between now and October. I fully expect them to address the 3C position between now and then. They also need to address the PK. They could do both with one player. I will be disappointed if they don't address those needs.
They also still have the option to move G back to C. - FlyerFan16
They need to spend on a veteran Dman. And if they try to sign a 3C, do they trade Laughton? And it better be a short deal because they will run out of cap (especially since they added $7M for 5 yrs) in 18-19 when they have to re-sign Provy, Sanheim, and maybe Simmons, Raffl, TK and Weal. Cap is not going to up much by then. |

Because they got the star level talent. Anything that goes wrong now is just bad luck or poor post-Hinkie management. |

Not going to pretend I know more than the scouts. From what I read, I would take Wahlstrom over Farabee. That's not diss to Farabee because it sounds like he could be a solid NHL player. I definitely would not have traded both picks to get a higher pick. And man, if both Farabee and O'Brien are impactful NHL players it will have been a great draft for the Flyers. |

I guess you could make the argument that he was injured every game he played in LV last year, and the 150 games he played before that don't count? Sure.
I guess we'll see if he turns into a butterfly during his rehab. |

Here is some other fiendly advice. Perhaps don't come in right off the bat calling someone a loser!

I think how a player develops is cumulative. Last year was a lost season for Morin. I assure you the 3 players you named coming into last season were not ahead of Morin on the depth chart. Perhaps you don't recall that Morin actually made the team out of training camp.

Provy will get paid. Not sure what Sanheim gets at this point. If they keep Raffl it will be at a fair cost. Not sure if they bridge TK or go long term, that will be interesting. I bet Weal is an after thought at this point. As far as Simmonds goes, I assume with the JVR signing, he's done as a Flyer. Either traded or let to play out the contract and walk away. I do wonder if Hextall saw the writing on the wall with Simmonds and maybe that spurred the JVR signing. Will never know. Simmonds deserves to get paid and I don't see how the Flyers are going to do it. |

He made $3.3M last season I think more like $4M for 4 seasons. He will be 31 when that deal runs out. And he only played 33 games last year so he needs to prove he is durable. |

A number of players will be coming off the cap in future seasons. 18/19 is the upcoming season.
