Is this NFU's burner account? - VanHockeyGuy
I couldnt possibly follow that train of thought,...even if i was on edibles and everclear. NFU is just too out in space somewhere for my mind to process .

If we get Beagle Roussel we will finish 20 th - VANTEL
Not if the same d and g's are there. I could see 80 points maybe instead of 73. So yeah I guess thats around 20. I could just as easily see the same thing though really. I think this year is our last at the bottom though and then we start to climb. Nice this is: this year surprises can happen. if AG and EP each get 50+ and then we get some more secondary scoring we could be a decent offensive team. Tough when we don't get any scoring from the backend though. Hughes making the lineup changes this team a lot, IMO it would be the single biggest personnel change. That or Nilsson for Demko if that happens. |

When you look at Carolinas stats last year they were insane 4 in top 20 Stall Ryan, Rask , Lindholm and 2 of those in top 10 |

For sure, I was kinda hoping Ryan over Beagle but I won't complain about Beagle at all |

I see gradual improvement this year
Bo in his 5 th year, Jake in his 4 ,th Stecher in his third.
I see a faster team with Leipsic Jake and the subtraction of the Twins.
Players will need to step up and play bigger roles.
It will be interesting |

Ya, it is interesting fro sure. for the first time in 5 years we don't have a stale lineup. I'm really hoping Hughes makes the team even though it contradicts most of my comments about being patient with young guys. The d still won't produce. G's are still both backups. |

I honestly want to see him start in Utica this year and at TDL trade MDZ and then call up either Hughes or OJ |

I'm for whatever they think he needs, this d needs a shakeup so bad though. Also, this is ironic based on our usual conversations about players developing in Utica or going into the lineup |

If their ready play them, elite players never see the minors except maybe a short time to clear out some room. |

He does have a nice shot. Above average skater, but not on Hughes level. Were talking about a special kind of agility, speed and edge work with Hughes. |

That is because before they didn't have youth in the lineup and it needed it badly. Now there is plenty of youth and speed so we can now develop properly.
Timing is everything |

Rathbone is developing and I agree hughes is something special already at 18 and he only gets better. |

The D is the same, no points from the d and getting burned when Tanev/Edler aren't in the lineup is going to have the same result especially with our goalies. |

For sure. A lot harder to see what we have there. Boner is a great locker room name though. We had a boner on one of my teams. Said he wanted a sweet nickname like 'bones' as a joke one day and was boner the whole season, hell of a name! |

I'd like Ennis on a 2 year 2 million. Great power play guy. What we were hoping Gagner would be, but can actually shoot and pass. |

Here is to hoping Stecher and Pouliots one more year of experience helps.
At least 2-3 Dmen will be gone next year |

We are going to have to move some older bodies out the next few years starting this year and I would hope for at least 12 picks next draft. |

see how boner looks at dev camp and go from there, he is a few years away he is a bookworm and education is important to him but things could change over time. |

Ennis could be a valuable trade chip if we plugged him into the lineup like we did vanek |
