I hope the Canucks offer him a front office job. He wants to get into management and he'd be good to have around the team |

Start him out in Utica? Asst something down there. Good mentor for the youth trying to make the NHL to know what it takes. |

J.T. Miller resigns with TB. 5 years 5.25 AAV. Fair contract for a guy who has recently put up 56 and 58 points. |

If the Sedin's aren't moving into the office, Burrows sure as hell isn't. |

I don't think the Sedins want to. At least not yet. Those guys have families they want to spend lots of time with and not have too many obligations for a while I would think |

This could be good. Pouliot was just starting to get Greens system. He showed it at the end of the season. I’m not ready to give up on him yet. - thundachunk
Agree. Plus he's a better option than Hutton here on a longer term.

I wouldn't be surprised if they added a UFA, as EG and MDZ have both proven they can't handle top4 minutes. Not a huge splash, but someone reliable. |

I don’t like Burrows nor do I like the hire me because I played for you for a long time. Eg. Oilers |

I would say that it's not just this as a factor with Burrows though. He's someone who has experience in all 3 leagues, had to claw and scrape his way to making it to the NHL, and then played his way onto the top line and scored some of the biggest goals in Canucks history. I think someone like that definitely has something to offer to an organization with a lot of young guys looking to find their way. |

like it or not, LE and Gagner will be on the lineup next year.
They might sit the occasional game, but they're gonna play.

According to Rick Dhaliwal of Sportsnet 650; Anthony Duclair has been getting good calls from GM's. But went on to say that it was his agent that actually reached out to Vancouver. No indication on whether there is mutual interest but I find it interesting that they reached out. I'm all for giving this kid a chance. - Retinalz
That would be a good potential 'buy low' player that could elevate his game and be flipped at a tdl.
i'd be down for signing Duclair. |
