Totaly agree, he's only 22/ I'd even do 2 years if the caps low enough. He scored 20 before. I think he can do it again with the right players and opportunities.

i mean his defensive numbers look decent and he can move the puck out of the zone. that alone makes him better than like 2-3 dmen on the canucks.

This could be good. Pouliot was just starting to get Greens system. He showed it at the end of the season. I’m not ready to give up on him yet.

Sharks aren't very deep at D... I'd question whether he is very good.
Edit: Looked into it, he's an upgrade on EG, MDZ, Biega and Pouliot defensively but doesn't score. He'd be good 7th guy. I'd be looking to shore up the top4 if I were JB though, not plug the bottom pair.
