I think RJ will be an AGM in Van within a year and take over as GM when Jim's deal is up. He may hold the Utica GM and Van AGM roles at the same time...but maybe Burr gets some consideration for the Utica post if he spends some time shadowing RJ in the meantime..

Guess I'm fine with Burr so long as he actually spends the time and learns the job to take over in Utica at some point. IMO that means 5-6 years from now though, the business/management side of things shouldn't be looked over for work ethic or character.

But yeah eventually all can go, though if you get rid of Edler this year I'd keep Tanev for now

No shame in having him play in U for the year just like JMc and JV should have.

Why the hate?

I wouldn't be surprised if they added a UFA, as EG and MDZ have both proven they can't handle top4 minutes. Not a huge splash, but someone reliable.
