I like McLeod, simply because he seems to have what we are allegedly looking to add - speed!

That's nice to know. I saw him listed as a C, and that was my only reservation.

Thomas can also play wing.

The pick is gonna be Wilde. It fills a need at RD.

I suppose at this point they are all risky, but he seems to have the biggest bust projection of all of them...

I dunno. Smart, cerebral right winger who passes well and can play center but maybe should shoot more...sounds like Reinhart.

Personally, I'd go Wilde and not have to look back at the D for years.

Thomas, while intriguing has this said about him
"Thomas has a bad habit of playing a lot on the perimeter. He needs to be willing to play down the middle and carry the puck through traffic if he’s going to stick at center once his junior career is over. "

Will take time to develop as all will selected here...but I don't want perimeter plays who are afrauud to h o where the goals are scored. We have one of those in development already, and it ain't looking too great.

Sabres probably got a good look at him. What do you know about Zavgorodniy?

There are a lot of centers that can play wing. The transition from center to wing is almost always much easier than the transition from wing to center. In fact, as centers age, they often are moved to the wing because it's technically an easier position to play.

Wilde is very intriguing and I think Noel would be a nice pick as well. It’s too bad we couldn’t get any extra draft picks at the deadline.
