Pretty much. I hope they pick players that still have upside past round 3. Palmu, Jasek, Gaudette, Forsling showed that they had some possible upside. Where players like Mckenzie, Abols, Stewart, Petitt had limited upside.

Players that are playing in Men's league's in Europe or players from lesser leagues that are going to College. Players like Kerfoot and Heinen from the BCHL in later rounds.

Miller or If Sam Costenino is correct. Rasmus Kupari. That weird talking NHL draft central youtube guy says Kupari is the second best skater in this draft behind Hughes.

Neither of those players would be a mobile, RHD who can put up points.
Bouchard is a great passer who is, immobile.
Dobson is a thick solid top4 upside with limited offensive creativity.
I wouldn'tbe unhappy with either, but their upside is limited due to their lack of(pick one) creativity/ mobility.
