Yes - it runs on his mother's side of the family, and his brother, a good player, had to retire in his late teens. This is something that is tested for. His father does not have this issue and Rasmus luckily has his father's gene, or lack of gene, in this case. With this type of arthritis, if he was going to have it, it would have shown up already. Believe me, this has been checked out.
