Toews is not moving unless Toews asks to be dealt—per a team source. And that would only be to a specific team or small set of teams. As of a few weeks ago, he had not asked to be dealt.

He has an NMC, team captain, 3 Cups, lots of endorsements in Chicago.

Not impossible that he would move, also not highly likely either.
